Hi,

is there a way to view only endnotes from a Word 2007 document or to
print them out to one page?

thanks

What do you want to do that isn't accomplished by navigating to the
first page of endnotes and either viewing it or printing it?

I am sorry, I actually meant footnotes, those which dispersedly appear
at the bottom of the pages where you insert them.
Is there a way to like view them all grouped or temporarily filter out
the main text so that you can "gather" them?

Thanks!

In Normal/Draft view, the footnotes can be viewed and selected in the
footnote pane (View | Footnotes).

I don't think you could print them as a lump, though?

You could Convert the footnotes to endnotes, put a New Page break
before the first one, and print them; then Convert them back. (Or
simply Undo the operations you did to make them endnotes.)

You can certainly select them and copy/paste them into another document
(they'd lose their numbering), or you could try printing "Selection." In
fact, I just tried that here, and it works, sort of. I had only two
footnotes, and on the printout they're both numbered 1 (which is the same
thing you get if you copy/paste them into another document).
