viewing e-mails - text size

how do I increase the text size when viewing received e-mails? The VIEW ...
TEXT SIZE option buttons don't make any difference!
 
What format are the email items? Those button don't affect Plain Text email
items. You should be able to change that setting here: Tools menu > Options
 
Thanks Vince, but it's HTML ones I'm having trouble with - and most e-mails
seem to be HTML!!
