Viewing contents of input vs. forms layout

Using employer's form. Both their version and mine are
Word 2000. Trying to view contents but "{formtext}"
and "{formcheckbox}" appear where input data sh appear.

Hi, Dave,

Press Alt+F9 to toggle from form codes to form results. This won't work within a
document that's already protected for forms, so open a new blank document, press
Alt+F9, and then open the form document.
