Viewing Contacts from within Office Word

How do I see my contact list from Office Outlook while sending emails from within Office Word? Thanks, Fred
 
Set Outlook as the default e-mail application and ensure that the contact
list's properties are set to use it as an Outlook address book.

as mentioned set your outlook as default by opening internet explorer/ tools/internet options/programs,then for E-mail, scroll down and choose microsoft office outlook
then from word application while u r in the doc. go to file ,sent to, email outlook then open and u can locate the address book.
