If you mean CD image files that are in .bin format, give CDmage a go.

thanks for the info.... I have a bin file and a nsv file, all I want to
do is watch it at this time... Is there anyway to do that?

Make a virtual CD drive with Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120%, Nero et al,
mount the image and watch with whatever viewer may be appropriate. You
may have to convert the BIN to ISO...

of the subtitle file, with sometools on Doom9 (subadjust)...
