viewing and sending pages

I have made several frames pages in frontpage. I myself will not be
publishing them to the web, but have to send them to the school's IT
department. I cannot seem to find a way to send the files I've made in a way
that they can be viewed by others, or can be published to the web by others.
I don't know if the IT department has frontpage or not. Can anyone help me
out? thanks.

IF the school's IT department has made the request that
you:

1. not publish the files youreslf, AND
2. you send the files to them.

Why don't you ask them how to do this? They might even be
able to tell you if they have Front Page or not?
