I am no longer able to view my upcoming appointments in the To-Do-Bar. The
appointment is marked as busy and it's not an all day appointment. Usings
Windows XP. Thank you in advance for your help.

Try starting Outlook once with the /resettodobar command switch.
Start>Run (or Start Search)>outlook.exe /resettodobar
Be sure to include the space.

Hi Brian,

I went to the command window and at the command line I see C:
\Documents and settings\Seth>. I then typed in outlook.exe /
resettodobar as you suggested. The response that I receive is "this
is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program
or batch file". I don't really spend any time at the cmd line. Am I
doing something incorrectly? Thanks again.

At start menu run (or Windows Key + R), type
outlook.exe /resettodobar
and press enter.
See http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/switches.htm for more help on using
switches.
