On most web sites the View->Text Size -> Largest modifies the text. On few
it doesn't do anything.

Why?

Is there any solution for those?

Can someone advise please

Some Web sites hard code the font size to make sure the site looks the way
the designer wants it to. Tools | Internet Options | Accessibility has an
option to Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages.

Or use another browser if you run into this problem a lot. The other
major browsers let you resize text no matter what the designer has done
to prevent it.
