"View Show" or F5 from the slide you're on?

How do you "View Show"/F5 from the slide you're on instead of starting from
the first slide? I don't mean the "play" function because that is not a true
"view show".
 
do you have ppt 2003?
If so shift / f5

If you have 2002 / XP this wont work but you can either click slide show in
the transition pane with the start slide selected OR in slide sorter view,
select the slide and click the slide show icon (bottom left) NOT f5 or view
show.
