View second sheet of Excel workbook in OL2000

I have an Excel workbook with two sheets, which has been
saved as a web page on our network so as to be accessible
for viewing from a link in a public folder that displays
the workbook in Outlook's browser window.

On machines running Outlook 2002, users can click the
sheet tabs to switch between sheet 1 and sheet. On
machines running Outlook 2000, however, only the first
sheet is visible; while the tab for sheet 2 is visible,
clicking it only refreshes the screen with a view of sheet
1.

How can our OL 2000 users view the second sheet of the
workbook?
