View Multiple Spreadsheets in a Workbook

In Excel 2000 is it possible to view in separate windows or panes the
different spreadsheets in a workbook? I prefer to use multiple
spreadsheets in a single workbook and not work with separate multiple
workbooks.

First,
<Window> <NewWindow>
Then,
<Window> <Arrange> (for example) <Tiled>

Each time you click on "NewWindow", it gives you another pane to view in
"Arrange".
