View contents of GAC

I have both 1.0 and 1.1 installed. There is only a gacutil in the 1.0
folder. Is this correct?? Seems strange if I have not installed 1.0 I
would not have this at all.

Try the "Microsoft .NET Framework <version> Configuration" tool in "Administrative Tools" in the control panel. It also allows you to do other stuff too.
