View certain information on a report

there are 2 secuiry levels in my table: sl 1 serves as a manager and sl2
serves as a regular employee. if a manager opens a report for a regular
employee he shoulld be able to view everything on the report but if the
employee views his own report, he will not be able to view e.g., there
average rate. How will control that?
 
The best way is to build two reports. Give managers access to one and
employees access to the other.

Of course, you need to make sure the employees can't simply open your query
or table and see the data there.
