Video to Still Images

I haven't used Movie Maker before and I'm trying to determine if it will do
what I need done.

I'm trying to create still photos (images) of people who are in my videos.
Can this be done with Movie Maker? These images will go into a PowerPoint
presentation so they'll need to be good sized images with clear resolution.

Yes there is. PLay your clip in the preview window. When you get to the frame
where you would like to get a still image click the "pause" button. Now click
the little icon at the lower right of the preview window that looks like a
camera. You will be promted to give the still image a name and location. It
will also automatically be added to the project you are working with.
