Video Streaming

Hi..

I am building an app in which I want to stream a video that is being
shot live..

I am building this on a windows application. I also want both live
videos and stored videos to be streamed whenever they are clicked
upon.

How can I go about doing it...i have to finish this within next 3
days..

i'll be thankful for the pointers..
