Video probelms

I am having problems playing videos from the internet
(i.e movie trailers and attachments with video clips.)
since I upgraded to Windows XP HE I have audio, but not
picture. How do I fix this?

Sounds like you are missing video codecs. Usual culprets are Divx and xVid. Search, download and install. Alternatively there is a good codec pack which contains them all. Think its called the Nemo pack.
