video pixellation

I am running WinXP Pro and using a Radeon 9200 All-in-Wonder Vid card. When
running any of the ATI progs (DVD, TV, Media Player) there is black
pixellation that follows the mouse like I am using a paint program unless it
is in full screen mode! When viewing dialog boxes in Windows with animated
GIFs, There is pink pixellation that occurs as the folder contents are moved
or copied. Is this a simple fix and I am missing something obvious?

Have your tried downloading and installing the latest video drivers for your
card from the manufactures web site...?

I have the latest ones Shaun, that doesn't seem to be the problem!

Lower the graphics hardware acceleration and see if that helps. It's
available at least two ways:

1. Display Properties, Settings tab, Advanced button, Troubleshoot tab.

2. Run DXDiag.
