Video Hardware Keeps installing self over new Hardware

I have replaced my old ati capture card with a new
hauppage capture card and whenever I try to install the
new capture card, the ati drivers install themselves as
if the hauppage card is an ati card. Is there any way to
completely remove the ati drivers and information so that
I can sucessfully install the hauppage drivers? Thanks

Try system properties,device mgr,R.click the ati display adapter,select
disable,then close out.
