any suggestions for me?

The latest driver for Geforce Series 7 is 100.65.
Latest driver for Go Series 7 is for XP/2000, release 84.63.
(Not Vista, although write-up states it's Vista compliant.)

Don't know if the notebook version can run the standard series driver, but
it looks like you're running a previous standard version vice the Go version.

The Nvidia Beta drivers for Vista Geforce 7 is 101.41 and is better than the
latest "release" version 100.65 in my opinion but your mileage may vary.

100.65 is definitely better than 97.46 RTM drivers, but you may find the
101.41 drivers to be even better.

Good luck.
