Video Driver

I just upgraded from Windows Me to XP and now I can only
set my vidieo to 800x600, use to be higher.
I have the following.
Dell E770s on NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64/Model 64 Pro
Dell will not help me because I did not buy the upgrade
from them.
How can I get a new driver.
