Video Driver Config. also Neverwinter Nights Gold

I had NWN and it ran beautifully. I played the game for quite a while, then i stopped. I had some computer problems and the result was to completely empty everything off the computer and start again with Windows (XP). Now I'm playing NWN Gold and the graphics are choppy in game play, the characters freeze constantly and sometimes even move backwards. I've tried lowering resolution, graphics, shadows and such and it still runs the same. I have 256 RAM (I have not changed any hardware since palying NWN original) When I try to run the DM Toolset it gives me an error box reading "cannot run 3-D program, please configure video drivers." I don't know how to do that. If anyone can tell me how, suggest a website (please include address) or know any thing else i should do, please leave a message

Do you know what video card you have?
If your not sure do the following:
1. Click the start menu
2. Click on "run"
3. Type "dxdiag" and press enter
4. Click on the "save_all_information" button
5. Save the file to your harddrive and send us your dxdiag.txt
Thanks,
