Video Display Driver

A

Albert Gomez

I am having difficulty getting a video display driver installed in my
windows XPe image at run time. Prior to deploying the image, Target
Designer will not include the windows XP version of the driver, so I am
stuck using a basic VGA driver with horrible settings.

I want to get the windows XP version of the driver installed, so I figured I
would boot up the image and install the driver at run time. The problem is
that I am getting errors using the Device Manager (there is none), and
installation using the driver setup program is failing as well (see log file
below).

Does anyone have any idea how I can update my display driver to something
that is usable?

If you created a component for the video driver, you need to enable help in
the configuration. Settings->Other Settings uncheck "Do not copy help files
for this configuration".
