Video Controller Missing

Hi everyone, can you help ?
In my device manger 1 have a yellow exclamtion mark against "Video Controller
VGA compatible". I am running windows XP and cannot go to a restore point on
my computer. Where can i download a driver for this device, as my when i try
to play videos it just wont do it. (error code 28).

If updating the video drivers doesn't help, the video card is probably
failing. Since I don't know anything about your computer or video
hardware (laptop? desktop? make/model video? onboard or separate card?)
all I can suggest is that if you have a desktop uninstall it and swap it
out for a known-working card. If you have a laptop, contact the laptop
mftr.'s tech support for repair/replacement.
