How to make a video clip in motion all the time? I would like to insert it
in power point presentation slide. Thank You!

James,
In PPT 2003, insert your movie the usual way. In the task pane custom
animation double click the item that plays the movie, choose the effect tab.
Next to stop playing after put in the number of slides you want the video to
run. Be aware that other contents must stay out of the way of the video, a
video always plays on top.
