video clip problem

I am inserting a mpeg video clip into my Power Point 2003 program. When I
run the slide show and get to the slide with the clip - nothing happens
(whether it's set to 'automatic' or 'click' to play the clip). If I advance
to the next slide in the show, then return back to the video clip slide and
click on where the video clip is located - the video will play. The clip is
approximately 1.8meg in size.

Any ideas?? I have tried another site with the 'PFCPro' oftware program and
that doesn't appear to do anything. HELP!!
