video clip disappears when starting

Hello,

I inserted a video clip into my ppt. I choose to start it by clicking on it.
When I want to start the video during the Presentation the Picture
disappears an nothing happens.
Does anyone know help?

how did you insert the video clip?

insert > movies > from file (is the best method IMHO)

Is that total path length more than 128 characters?
