Video Card with Tuner AND Output

Ok, I've been seaching the internet and eBay for what I'm looking for,
but I'm not even sure it exsists. I have a brand new Dell running
Windows XP and I am looking for a video card that has an S-Video output
as well as a TV cable tuner. I want to be able to digitally record
Cable TV on my computer and then watch it on my TV. I've found numerous
cards that just have S-Video out, or just have a TV Tuner, but none
that have both. Is there such a thing? Thanks for your help

Try the DELL Dimension 4700C it has both.

Thanks, I know how to connect to a TV, and I could buy the appropriate
video card. However what I am looking for is a video card that has
both that S-Video out AND a TV Tuner...
