Video Card question

Okay...I have an eMachines computer, with all the original specs with it,
including the video card.

I may sound like a fool now but, if I do replace my video card with a faster
one, will that enhance my computers playability? Seems to me like the one I
have now, just isn't all that. But is the video card the reason for my woes?

I don't know what you mean by "playability", but to improve performance,
you should look into upgrading the video card, CPU, and adding more memory.
Probably not likely with your current motherboard.

Upgrading your video card will most certainly give you a performance boost
however we wouldn't know how much unless we know more about your current
machine.

Can you give us it's specs?

Is this related to Vista or just to general PC performance regardless of OS?
If the former, post your system specs. If the latter... then this isn't the
right NG.
