Video card for HTPC

I'm building an HTPC and looking for a video card and software suggestions.

Requirements:

S-Video output for connection to the TV through an A/V receiver.

RF input connection from the Dish satellite receiver.

Software application that will allow me to send live the Dish satellite
receiver signal over my home network to other PCs for viewing using Windows
Media Player. I will be using MS Median Center 2005 for the OS.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

I hate it when people second guess me, but I'm gonna do it to you: Are you
->sure you want to take the RF out from the receiver?

First, the audio on the RF will be mono only, second, the video quality
won't be the best you could get out of the box.

I'm pretty sure you'ld be better off taking the video and audio out of the
box into whatever distribution scheme you come up with.

Also, there are probably lots more cards with video in and out than there
are cards with RF tuners.

If you're using MCE2005 for TV you're going to need a separate video input
board with a tuner and hardware encoding, so no point in looking for a
video board with video in.
