vibration alert mc55 symbol

hi all,

the question does not actually fit here, but I try 'cause no help from
motorolla support.
I have a motorola mc55 symbol device with wm 6.1.
the vibration alert is supported according to the device
specificaiton.
but I can't either find it in the settings, nor use it programmaticly.

any help is appreciated
