viaual c# express ide config

Ive got a couple of questions

1) how do I set keayboard options to toggle column select mode like you can
in brief
when I try set the edit.briefselectcolumn it doesnt do anything unless i
select brief rather than defualt
then it changes everything else too like shift up doesnt extend the
selected area
also I want to use ctrl<n> to go to the next error but again i cant unless
I select brief ..

2) how do i make the window bigger when presented with a list of the above
settings ?
the list is very long and you get 5 lines to look at once.
I suspect you cant but i just thought it point out its not very convenient.

well ive found the answer to the first one : use <shift+alt> arrow
wich is ok,

and <ctrl+shift>F12 for next error wich is awkward
plus the web page says edit.nexterror,
but the option in the ide is actually view.nexterror

now if that window had been bigger than 5 lines I wouldnt of wasted 2 hours
looking !
