vgaweb.exe causing CPU 100%

I've done a couple of searches here, and for the life of me, I can not figure
out what the heck VGAWEB.EXE does. But every 5 seconds it completely spikes
my CPU to 100% and temporarily locks the pc up. Then, after about a second,
it unfreezes and continues on until it does it again after 5 seconds. It even
does it in Safe Mode.

Any ideas?

Hi

Have you virus checked your system with the latest definitions for your Anti
Virus program?

Also please try these programs to check for any spyware that may be on your
system:

Ad-Aware - www.lavasoftusa.com
Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/
CWShredder - http://forum.aumha.org/downloads/cwshredder.zip
Spy Sweeper - www.webroot.com

Try SpyWareBlaster to stop intrusions:

Yes. I'm running XP w SP1, SAV 8.1 with the latest defs and SpyBot 1.3 says
I'm currently clean. Does anyone know if this file is a real windows system
file or if it spyware. I can't find anything on this file anywhere.

Well, I guess I fixed it myself. I still have no clue what that file did, but
I was finally able to locate where the file was hidden. It was hidden under
the %windows%/fonts folder. Just an FYI for anyone else out there that might
run into this problem.
