VGA silencer and thermal paste?

What kind of thermal paste should I use to install my Artic Cooling VGA
silencer on my 9700PRO? I believe it comes with some paste but should I get
some Artic Silver instead?

Use toothpaste, but not the one that comes with stripes.

Um. Okay.
Use the stuff that the cooler ships with. It doesnt seem to make that much
difference.
It also whitens teeth, but dont put any ice cubes in your mouth straight
after - heat transfer works both ways.

I used Artic Silver. The stuff it ships with is standard silicone paste.
