image of only browse button...plz plz help me out..i have a deadline

Not really. HTML doesn't allow much modifications to that control for
security reasons.

Your best bet is to try it with CSS, check out:
http://www.quirksmode.org/dom/inputfile.html

which ends up with some pretty nice stuff..

There is no way to change html controls in way that works in all
browsers. Some of them allow you to modify look of controls, some let
you do it a little, and some not at all. This is important especially
with file and select html elements.
