VERY IMPORTANT Consolidate domains

Hi all.
I am an IT manager of an Heaoth society.
I have this question, please give me ash much help as you can.
i have three w2k domain: 1 root domain (R0) and two child domanins (C1 & C2)
The questions are:
1-is possible to move all active directory objects (i.e users, groups etc.)
of domain C2 in domain C1, then remove C2 domain
2- is it possible, after step 1, to eliminate root domain and then mantain
the C1 domain???
The fact is that i have to consolidate the child domains in only one

Yes, You can achive this using ADMTv2 or some other tools.

No, You can't remove root domain from Your forest without redesigning whoel
forest from the scratch. What I will sugest You is to consolidate C1 & C2 in
R0 and using for example ADMTv2. If You are unhappy with the name of R0 You
can then change it if it is running Windows 2003.
If You will consolidate all resources in C1 domain You will have to preserve
at least one (two are preffered) DCs from R0 domain.
