I need to know if Access can be used to create forms to be
fillled out on the web and submitted to the database
inside a web, Preferably the database that created the
form.If not then is there a product I can use out there?
Thanks

Within its strict limitation the Data Access Pages functionality of recent
versions of Access can do what you want -- the users must all have Internet
Explorer 5.5 or later. Read about it in Help.

The Database Interaction Wizard of FrontPage 2002 or 2003 will allow simple
data entry to be done against an "Access" (actually, "Jet database engine"
database).

Active Server Pages (.asp) or ASP.NET also allow more complex use of the Jet
databases online.
