Very basic setup issue

How can I set the height for a row in inches rather than
points? Or, if I can't do that where can I find an
inches-to-points conversion table?

I'm trying to build a template for labels whose
dimensions I have in inches.

Bill, here is something on the subject from a previous post

A point is 1/72 inch. Trying to get Excel to have exact boundaries
can be rather frustration as anyone who has tried to print labels directly
from Excel onto various printers can probably tell you.

That said have you tried using mail merge in word to print your labels, with
excel as a data source?
