Very Annoying Pop-up, Please Help

The First of a series of two pop up's says the phrase "Please wait while
Windows configures Norton Anti-Virus 2005" The next pop up appears right
after and says "The MSI must be launched through setup" When I Click okay on
the second pop up it comes back two more times than disappears. This happens
everytime i open oulook and it didn't happen until about 2 weeks ago, can
anybody help me?

Reinstall or repair Norton Anti-Virus 2005

The problem that i have have with this is i do not even have norton on my
system

See if it's mentioned in the Add/Remove Programs applet

no it isn't, i checked there already and went through the files and the
registry to see if it was and there is no mention of norton anywhere other
than this error message

Very odd... Did you ever have any Symantec product on the machine like their
Internet Protection stuff?

I did have some symantedc anti virus stuff on a while back but than i
uninstalled it and went with AVG and than like 6 weeks after it was gone this
started happening

Did you uninstall it using the standard uninstaller to get rid of Symantec?
