Version loading failure

When I downloaded the Beta 2 Refresh from Microsoft my
current version wasn't updated and when I loaded the
program the expriation date was still July 31st not some
time in December. My version of Antispyware stayed the
same as well.What happened?

Shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware, navigate to c:\program files and delete the
Microsoft AntiSpyware folder, download again from the website and install,
then click File > Check For Updates.

Typo. The builds available thus far are all beta1 refreshes. The latest
one is .614.

Beta2 is not available yet.
