version error of ucf file

When printing from PowerPoint I am getting a Dlg DLL error message 'version
errorof ucf file' This comes up 4 times and then it prints normally.
PowerPoint is then difficult to close.
I use Windows XP Home and PowerPoint 2002 SP 3
