As the user amend the record, is there any method to check which datafield
had been amedn ?
p.s -I am using ado.net .
Thanks a lot

Agnes,

It is a lot of guessing with your question.

A user does nothing with a datafield, you do it in your program.

Assuming you mean with a datafield an item and you are using a control as a
datagrid without only more not readonly columnstyles than AFAIK is the
answer no on the question if it is possible in a normal approach to determ
what is the changed item.

If questions are related to ADO.NET, they should be asked in the ADO.NET
group. That's why an ADO.NET group exists. Otherwise Microsoft would have
provided only a single microsoft.public group for all questions related to
Microsoft products and technology.

Because VBNet uses the Net framework which holds AdoNet and is therefore
related to Adonet.

I do not think that you are right in my opinion and is it the impact of the
used technique which can make it one time more for this newsgroup and the
other time more for the AdoNet newsgroup.
