Ver. 2007 - where is the Group and Ungroup tool?

I'm having a hard time finding tools I used to use in 2003. Where is the
Group and ungroup of fields on a form tool? And where is the Compact and
Repair Database function now?
 
In form design, click on the Arrange tab of the ribbon.
The Control Layout group is divided in thirds.
Group/Ungroup are the left-most icons on the right-one third.

Access 2007 also supports Anchoring (Size group of Arrange tab), which might
be worth investigating.

Compact/Repair is found under:
Office Button | Manage

A2007 is certainly different, and you can feel lost initially.
It is worth persevering, though. More info in:
