Vent holes on HP #78 Cartridge

Where are these vent holes located? I see writers refer to these holes
"on the rear of the cartridge." But I can't find any holes on what to me
is the rear (where the HP label is located).

The vent holes would be on the "top", opposite the end with the nozzles.
They will look like plastic plugs but actually have a venting action. If
these are plugged the cartridge would fail early in life. If the vents are
pushed out (leaving a 1/16" hole) the ink may dry out.

I have an HP printer that takes that cart and I do not care about vent
holes. My printer works find.
