vehicle check list templet

hello i am looking for one nice presentable vehicle condition check list,
(better if its in Excel or in word formate)
i.e we have some vehicles and its conditions and preformace i
want to present it to our management. inorder them to take necessary actions
pls if any one has and good presentable one.
that will be really help full
