Cor and some other people here are not native English speakers. Even if
their postings (including mine) are hard to understand, most of them can be
understood by the reader.

I understand that there are people here that speak other languages as their
primary language. My message is not saying "speak English or get out". My
message is: "Be understandable or you won't get the results you are looking
for."

With respect to Cor's messages, myself, others, and even you Herfried have
told him on occassion that his postings make no sense.

Microsoft has opted to use "Web Based" help for some time for most of it's
help systems. You'll probably have a tough time finding .chm's.

Yes and it means in English
When you know more than one language, you don't matter about the importance
of this anymore; it goes about the results, not the method.

"This" was about the empty flame from (I forgot his name, about "then"). The
deeper sense of this sentence has as much to do with natural languages as
with program languages.
