I am trying to run a pgm that prompts "cannot find vbrun300.dll".

I have located the file on the web, but how do i incorporate it into my
windows?

Start > Run
regsvr32 Path/to_the_file/vbrun300.dll

You might want to create a restore point, because this version is
somewhat old.
