Dear All,
I was given the task of creating a script (trying to)to save multiple selected messages in outlook folders as .msg in the file system.
The thing is... I have no clue what to do and I don't even know where to look.
The ideal scenario would be:
User has a folder called "Consultant1" where he stores his email either manually or by a rule.
Each week (for example) user wants to store the email in this folder in the system to share with other users in the team and to improve archiving.
Not only should the email be saved as .msg (with attachments) but preferably renamed to include received date, subject line and users name, as YYYYMMDD_subjectline_usersemail.msg

I am probably asking for this world and the next without having an idea of the limitations of my request...
An indication of how to start and where to look would be a great starting help.
best,
Sofia
