VBA script to send notifications to pager from Outlook 2007

We recently switched to Outlook 2007, from Groupwise email. One of the Groupwise features I would like to mimick, preferably with VBA (due to IT security restrictions) is to send meeting notifications/task alerts to a pager number. Anyone have any experience with this, for Outlook?
