There are online training modules in the "Office Online" link from
Access 2003. Specifically, the main page for training is http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/training/default.aspx. A book that I like
for a power user wanting to become proficient in VBA and move to developer
status is "Programming Microsoft Access <version>" by Dr. Rick Dobson,
published by Microsoft Press. Rick's website, not surprisingly, is http://www.ProgrammingMSAccess.com. A reference book that I recommend to all
Access developers is "Access <version edition> Developer's Handbook" by
Litwin, Getz, et al, published by Sybex.
There are other books, highly recommended by some. These are the ones I have
personally reviewed and examined.
