VBA code to Save a .CSV to an FTP site

I am working in Excel 12 on an XP machine. At the end of the day I upload 3 daily files to 3 different FTP sites. I have been trying unsuccessfully to write/find some code that will enable me to automate the process. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
